And, is this good for me so far
for breakfast: tesco pot of grapes and melons and a cheese straw
lunch: low cal smoothie (not sure how many cals, it was apple raspberry, strawberry and bannana, and i got a small one)
tea: just asked lol, i was thinking of just having a cup of green tea
thats good right?

for excercise, i have been walking around town from college to college all day, and now i was going to do situps and crunches
thats good too?

Your diet seems to be lacking fresh fruit and veg (one pot of fruit in the morning is not enough?

Green tea has zero caleries, if you put sugar in it it becomes a different issue (not many people put sugar in green tea though). It is also believe that green tea is very good for you as it’s full of cancer fighting anti-oxidants. It’s not proven though so take that with a pinch of salt, speaking of which, try to watch to salt content… especialy on pre made quiches, they’re also quite fatty, even the low cal/fat ones.

Low cal versions are often the same as their naughty counterparts, they’re just a smaller portion.

Judging my what you have eaten today you’re probably lacking in caleries to be honest. and cheese straw? ewwgghhh… lol
